Unless you do a lot of formal entertaining, a dining room has become a somewhat neglected area. The idea of going into a formal room to dine may seem rather dull and quaint. However, with the proper lighting, furnishings, window coverings, china, crystal, and interesting friends, a dinner party in a formal dining room can be, and is, most intimate.
During Thanksgiving and Christmas, the dining room is used more often. However, most of our clients walk by this beautiful room, and don't notice it.
